Oblivion, 2024
The sculpture "Oblivion" is an iron branding that explores the dichotomy between the transient and the permanent. By branding the word "oblivion," theoretically or pracitcally, the work reflects on the impermanence and the imprints of certain experiences, similar to fire—an ephemeral force—and the lasting marks it can leave behind. This piece emphasizes how temporary encounters can create indelible impressions, encouraging reflection on the ways in which we confront and overcome oblivion.
